World Premiere of Romeo & Zooliet - Wherefore Art Thou? At the Zoo, of course!
St. Louis Shakespeare Festival is partnering with the Saint Louis Zoo for a wildly fun, original production coming to the Zoo this summer. 鈥淩omeo & Zooliet鈥� is a family friendly stage adaptation of Romeo & Juliet 鈥� produced exclusively for the Zoo 鈥� featuring dazzling life-size animal puppetry by world-renowned Michael Curry Design, known for its work on Broadway鈥檚 "The Lion King" and "Frozen" along with Olympic and Super Bowl ceremonies. The new show will explore what would happen if Saint Louis Zoo animals put on their own Shakespearean performance after keepers go home for the night.
