The shooting occurred around 4 p.m. Friday in a parking lot near Harris-Stowe State University where a graduation ceremony for St. Louis Public Schools鈥� Sumner High School was being held.

The inaugural program held monthly workshops for parents and caregivers to learn how to best support their students.

Wash U students, alumni and supporters protested the university鈥檚 relationship with Boeing at the university鈥檚 commencement ceremony and just outside the campus border.
